Keycloak Admin Console Access#
Several user-management tasks require changes in the Keycloak admin console rather than the AMD Resource Manager UI. Keycloak is pre-configured during platform installation — these guides assume you are modifying an existing deployment, not installing Keycloak from scratch.
Admin console URL and credentials#
The Keycloak admin console URL is typically
https://kc.<domain provided during installation>/admin/master/console/.Admin credentials are provided by AMD’s customer success team during installation.

Realm selection#
Keycloak actions are realm-specific. After logging in, select the airm realm before making changes. User-management tasks in this documentation — SMTP configuration, identity providers, and password resets — all use this realm.
